Hi, I'm Megan! 😊

I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for women’s health, rehabilitation, and helping people move with confidence.

My journey began in competitive sports, where injuries sparked my fascination with how the body heals and adapts. This led me to earn a Bachelor’s in Exercise, Sport & Rehabilitation Science and a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology, giving me the skills to help clients recover, prevent injury, and build long-term health.

I saw a gap in women’s fitness and rehabilitation—too many women feel uncomfortable or unheard in traditional rehab spaces. Many prefer working with a female practitioner who understands their needs, yet there aren’t enough women in my field to provide that support. I’m here to bridge that gap, creating a safe, supportive space where women can take charge of their health, build strength, and move with confidence.

My work also extends to the veteran community and their families. Women are becoming more represented in defense roles, yet they often struggle to find rehab and fitness services tailored to their unique needs. At the same time, military families - especially spouses and children - face their own challenges during deployments. The physical and emotional toll of service affects everyone involved, and I’m committed to supporting them through movement, resilience, and wellness.

My mission is simple: To create a space where women - whether veterans, military spouses, or anyone seeking a more supportive approach to fitness - feel heard, empowered, and capable of achieving their goals. Exercise should be empowering, not intimidating, and I love designing personalised, enjoyable programs that make a real difference.
